Vendor/ Exhibitor Information

Greetings Prospective Vendor/Exhibitor!

 

We are pleased to invite you to participate as a vendor/exhibitor during our 2022 General Board Meeting and the Investiture of Bishop Ronnie Elijah Brailsford, Sr.  The meeting will take place at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia from Monday, June 27 through Wednesday, June 29, 2022.  This vendor/exhibition opportunity is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your business and products.  More than 500 people are expected to attend.

 

As we all continue to navigate through the CDC guidelines, the following guidelines must be followed to serve as a vendor/exhibitor:

 

• Daily Temperature Checks

• Face Mask

• Proof of Vaccination (actual or digital)

 

Per the AMEC-CIO: In an effort to be fair to all General Board and Episcopal candidates (certified, not certified, etc.), NO candidates will be allowed to campaign as vendor space or pop-ups at this General Board meeting. 

 

Vendor space is available on a first come first served basis at a cost of $600. ​Please submit your vendor agreement form and payment via the links below. ​
